Pinned tabs enhancements

[GoosePlaceholderCharacter]

In Firefox you can (or I at least) disabled that pinned tabs won't auto-load on start-up, can be new window or just restart, should be a settings. Also kinda buggy, if I accidently drag a tab to a different window pinned tabs doesnt show up, I just pin every little github page into bookmarks, and that we can close pinned tabs and it just removes it and disappears, accident misclicking is pretty annoying in this perspective.
