should we add partial evaluation?

i would love to make partial evaluation for this language. but i dont know as a minor if i can get into any agreements(im like 16) and legally naive

Interesting idea, but I don't think Carbon needs this rn. The project seems to prioritize simplicity and efficiency, as stated in its goals. Partial evaluation could be a good direction to explore later, but I'd expect the team to approach it with caution.
