Allow sorting of Project folders

There are project session sorting options that allow for automatic sorting by name, updated and created dates.

The trouble that I'm having is that while these are correctly sorting within the folders, the folders are in the order that they were created, which causes the active project folders to get spread around.

At minimum, I think that the sorting of the folders should follow the session sorting, which would allow the recently updated folder to be at the top.
This would still be lacking in finesse, so a separate sorting for the folders would be preferred, ideally with the option to create a manually defined order.

The manual ordering may also address the separate concerns raised in the discussion #4684.
