tests problem_implement _ "full test suite once at the end." #1296

Hi, why does the agent run all the tests in my repo (including tests from previous TDD tickets) every time I use the implement skill, instead of only running tests related to the current ticket? Sometimes I even use up my entire usage limit on a single ticket. |

This comes directly from the current implement skill:
So tests added for previous tickets are still included in that final regression run. A new For an expensive suite, you could agree on this scope before starting: If you want that as the default, adapt your editable installed copy of the skill. The README distinguishes editable skill files from the managed read-only plugin bundle; editing plugin cache files would not be a durable customization. The tradeoff is that a ticket-only test selection can miss regressions elsewhere, which is why keeping the broad CI check matters. If the entire suite runs repeatedly within one invocation without intervening changes, that goes beyond the quoted final-run instruction. The test command history would help distinguish that from separate implement runs, a test script that expands to all workspaces, or another instruction requiring broader checks. |
