grill-me grills the same author on the same weakness every run. Has anyone tried giving a skill memory? #598

grill-me is great at killing a bad plan before it ships. The part I keep bumping into: it grills the same author on the same weakness every single run, and neither of us ever notices the pattern.
I let mine append one line to a plain markdown file after each pass, so on run five it opens with "you skipped error handling again, 3rd time." No state machine, no code, just a file it reads first and writes last.
The interesting shift isn't that the skill gets sharper. It's that I finally see which mistake I make on repeat.
Curious whether anyone else has experimented with giving skills state between runs, and where it breaks (I'm wary of the memory biasing the review toward old findings).
