Seems that Claude Code isn't very interested in serena

After using it for a while, I've noticed that my cc doesn't seem very interested in Serena—it rarely uses Serena for tasks, even though I've already instructed it in CLAUDE.md to consider this tool more often. Codex, on the other hand, appears far more reliant on Serena, closely following Serena's suggestions and making every effort to use this tool whenever possible.
