A Github problem, supposedly resolved, continues to affect our repository and many others. Some open PR's are not being displayed. Open issues appear to be okay; I have no way to assess whether the problem affects closed PRs and issues. I have opened an issue with Github.
None of the missing PRs was close to being merged. However, there are items of value in all of them. They cannot be accessed under "Pull Requests" by PR number or by search key. They can still be accessed via direct link. Until the problem is resolved, here are the links to the missing PRs.
I fixed this on another repo by adding a comment to each affected PR. But that's annoying because it creates unnecessary noise for anyone subscribed to those PRs
Might be worth checking whether this can be resolved by adding a label to each affected PR, which might cause Github to re-index them (and then you can remove the label afterwards)
Thank you for the suggestions. I will give Github a few days to fix it, but, if they haven't done so by the end of the week, I will definitely try your ideas.
@gamer191 Github resolved the problem with a manual re-index, so I did not have a chance to try your suggestions. I have pointed a community discussion on Github to your comment in the hope that people there will be able to benefit from your ideas. Thank you again for suggesting them!

@gamer191 I just wanted you to know that some people in the Github discussion have confirmed that your suggestion works for them. Thanks again.
