feat(docs): release the Claude Code editor section and chat-thread FAQ - #1121
Conversation
Rebuild the MCP terminal demo on the home and Databunny pages to match the Claude Code interface: the compact startup header, the ❯ prompt typed between rule lines, the orange spinner, ⏺ databuddy - tool (MCP) calls with ⎿ JSON results, and the reply bullet, using Claude Code's dark-theme colours. Tool names and arguments come from the Databuddy MCP server, and the demo uses Databuddy names instead of placeholders. The box reserves its final height so the page never shifts, and reduced motion shows the finished conversation. Lay the section out as a 5/7 split under a divider, and add a .font-terminal rule because the global * font-family rule overrides font utilities on child elements. (cherry picked from commit 940cd98)
Replace the acme.link and api.acme.dev placeholders in the one-dashboard feed with dby.sh and api.databuddy.cc. (cherry picked from commit ffce110)
* feat(docs): turn the landing FAQ into a chat-thread conversation Replace the accordion FAQ shared by the home, pricing, compare and product pages with a message-thread layout adapted from RareUI's FAQ: questions are bubbles that open an answer as a reply, inside a framed conversation panel next to the section heading. Each question carries a plus that turns into a close mark when open, and the panel header tells visitors to select a question. Arrow keys, Home and End move between questions, and motion is disabled under reduced-motion. Remove the now unused Radix accordion wrapper, its global CSS and the @radix-ui/react-accordion dependency from the docs app. * fix(docs): keep FAQ questions as headings and key them by question Wrap each question button in an h3 so screen-reader heading navigation works as it did with the accordion, key pairs by question text instead of an index-based id, and add text-pretty to the support line and answers. (cherry picked from commit 02ba406)

Releases the landing page updates from staging to main so the production docs site gets them.
The editor section is now a realistic Claude Code terminal session that types a question, runs Databuddy MCP tool calls, and shows JSON results — replacing the generic MCP demo. The transcript matches the real Databuddy MCP tool schemas, including how
error_segmentslabels browser rows, and the question starts typing only once the section is on screen. The landing FAQ switches from an accordion to a chat-thread conversation where selecting a question opens the answer as a reply, and the activity feed now uses Databuddy domains (dby.sh,api.databuddy.cc) instead ofacmeplaceholders. The change removes the now-unused Radix accordion component and its
@radix-ui/react-accordiondependency from the docs app.Written for commit 8d1ff6f. Summary will update on new commits.
