Unbloat:
docs/src/content/docs/practices/safe-rollout.mdRemoved the duplicated rollout ladder intro paragraph, condensed the shadow-evaluation list into one sentence, and trimmed the Example Shape section.
Reduction: 470 → 390 words (~17%). All technical content, links, and design rules preserved.
