trustyai-explainability#991) Add the IFBench image parameter to the base kustomization. Update IFBench and LightEval images to v0.6.3 across base, ODH, and RHOAI configurations and mirrored manifest templates. Includes the IFBench non-root NLTK fix and LightEval per-example result export support. Validation: ODH and RHOAI kustomize builds and git diff --check passed.
